Second Hard Drive Install of XP pro

I've got a second hard drive.
I installed XP pro on a partition on it.
What do I have to do to get rid of the first hard drive.
All the boot config files are stored oon the first one I know that.
What I want to do is make the new hard drive the boot HD and get rid of the old one.

What do I need to chane to do this?

I used Acronis True Image to do this a couple of months ago and it worked perfectly. Then I just swapped the drives and use the old one as a mirrored backup that is in hibernation most of the time.
