Second call's caller id doesn't display when i'm on a call 1

Hi everybody,

Can somebody please help me with this.

I have Meridian Option 11C.

i have Key 00 and 01 setup with DN 3311. When i'm on call, and i receive a second one, i don't see the other line caller id, as i was doing before.
The only change i did is that i've added cls AHA, but even if i do a "chg item cls ahd add", it doesn't resolve my problem.

Any suggestion?

I can see the caller id on my first call

Try using CLS tdd

I've tried this:
ld 11
chg
echg yes
item cls tdd add

but when i do a prt on my TN i see that i still have ADD instead of TDD

I also compared one working TN with mine and i noticed that the differences are:

On mine: ADD CFXA ABDD AHA
on working one: TDD CFXD ABDA AHD

your trying to add tdd and add and they are mutually excluxive. Just add cls tdd.

Would this procedure work if I have a primary line configured and a second CallWait line? I cannot use CallWait line to make calls, only use it for call waiting.

Presently, I see Caller ID on my primary line, but no information on my CallWaiting line.

My setup is like this:

ld 11

Key 00 mcr 5000 MARP

Key 01 mcr 5000

The only thing i did to be able to enable Automatic Hold, and Caller ID on both keys on my phone is:

ld 11
REQ: chg
ECHG: yes
ITEM cls tdd aha

So now i can do automatic hold (just switch between the two keys to get the line, without loosing the previous one), and when i'm on a call, a can receive another one on the second key, and i'm also able to see the second caller ID.
