Second Call Display not available

I have recently installed NEC SV9100 with 80 Extension everything working fine except the caller ID.
The problem is that when extensions are calling the operator while it is busy the number of the Caller does not appear. There is only an indication of the second call by the flashing led and muted ring.

This feature was available when the customer was using the earlier Aspila/ Aspire system. The SV9100 feature manual too states that the second call display is available for internal and external calls in the "Caller ID" feature.

Am I missing something ?
 
I tried this command 20-19-05 = 05 but there is no difference. I am beginning to wonder if there is a bug in the 9100. I have tested it on two different systems and have the same problem.

The system is new and has had one or two updates. I suggest you contact your dealer to further investigate and update if necessary.
