1. When supervisor calls an Agent's Phantom Extention the call terminats on the SCR key. is that ok? or should it terminate on ASP key?

2. I've created an OBV (observe) key. When pressing it phone asks `enter agent ID'. Should I enter Agent login ID or Position ID? If the right way is entering PositionID, does it mean that Supervisor should always check what's the PositionID of the certain agent?

Documentation also says about `Agent Keys', which can show current agent status by blinking. What are that keys and how do I program them?

On a CLS=SPV set, the AGT key can be assigned with a specific agent id. Something like KEY xx AGT yyyy(yyy). The agent id can be 4 digits by default, or up to 7 digits with package 150 (DNXP) DN expansion. I've never used them myself, though.
