I'm replacing a SECC server due to data corruption, can't backup and restore as the problem followed the data onto the replacement server. I've built the replacement server from scratch. The system I'm replacing uses a V S Media card for some announcements. It's a co-res server/client. When I open the client on the new server, and expand the tree, I don't see the Voice Services Administration selection as I do on the original system. How do I get that funcionality back to use on the replacement system? The original is "limping along" with some of the announcements not playing, it goes to music on hold instead. I have to get them swapped out soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

check the client & SECC patches?
have you entered the keycode for the VSC in the configuration?

I had also been missing the config for the card on the server, the keycode, IP, TN. I hadn't been aware this was needed. As you can see my other response, I also did some other things as well. Thank you for your help.
