SECC Symposium Express CLID

Hi i need some help in SECC Symposium express. Currently we route all calls based on CDN i need to start taking calls from annother state so i need the calls that come in on a cdn to route to a different skillset based on caller ID area code. How would i go about doing this in SECC i tried entering my partial and whole cell phone number in the CLID DN field but it still routs me to the CDN skillset. How would i go about routing calls based on Area code, remember SECC doesnt allow any scripting by hand likd SCC. Thanks!

Are you getting CLID from the telco? If you're not getting CLID, then the SECC isn't going to get it either.

You will also need to set DNIS to YES in the RDB (Route Data Block) in the Meridian.

Yes im getting CLID. I will confirm the route has DNiS set to yes.
