SECC Password Problem

We user the small Symposium SECC. Our helpdesk manager has a login so he can see stats and monitor the agents but he is now unable to login.

I can login using the Administrator password. Does anyone know how to reset passwords in Symposium?

In the Administration window, from the User Administration drop-down menu, choose Agent/Supervisor Administration.
Select the user whose desktop password you want to reset.
Check Reset Password.
