nbalh die gracefully :I understand that this is pointing to mas link handler port #2, which can be disabled under services for mas access. The question is that it creates a log file. Does anybody know where the log file is and how to delete it. The call server is not processing the cdn calls from callpilot to the approiate group even though they are aquired. It is going to the default acd group. I think that the server does not have enough disk spack left. I also get an error that there is only 200mb left. Any help would be appreciated
