SECC license?

I have a SECC 04.02.06. The customer wants to add 4 agents. I looked under "Features" and it said "Max Positions 20." There are currently 2 Supervisors, 10 Agents and 8 Voice Ports logged in and acquired. Do I need more licenses? I couldn't remember if the voice ports counted towards that 20 or not.

you can add 8 more postion. VP does not count against the license

Licenses are concurrent, meaning you can create more than 20 agent profiles, but only 20 maximum agents can be logged in at anytime.
