SECC Grapical Real-Time Display (GRTD) Software

I am a new SECC 4.2 user and am trying to understand how to obtain and add GRTD software. I have three primary questions:
1) Is GRTD software sold separately as an option and does it require a separate license from Nortel?
2) Does using the GTRD software require the use of network "Broadcast messages"?
3) I am working with a small (25 agent) call center and want to project a few real time statistics (ASA, Abandons, Calls in Queue, etc) on a 52" LCD monitor and am looking for the best way to get real time data from SECC 4.2 into an easy to read, easy to understand format for all agents and supervisors to view real time. Is there a better or easier way to do this other than with the GTRD software?

GRTD should have come with SECC on a separate CD_ROM. It is included in the original product.

Once you get your hands on it you can play with it and I think you'll find it will probably be able to do what you want.

im noticing that GRTD differs from the symposium reports, and real time display in symposium. Any ideas anyone?
