SECC (Express) Application Performance Report Discrep.

Hi all,

On an Application Performance Report it says there are 2 calls answered after threshold (2 minutes is the threshold) but the Answer Delay, Avg. Answer Delay and Max. Answer Delay are well under the threshold of 2 minutes. Is there any explanation for this discrepancy.?

There's always an explanation for the discrepancy, finding out what it might be is the hard bit.

The most common explanation is that the threshold you think should be set for 2 minutes is not, so go check it out if you haven't done so already.

Run the application delay before answer report to see if it concurrs.
