SECC config file

We are sourcing for an outbound campaign application for our call centre which runs SECC 3.0 (Option 11C) and the company we are sourcing from is asking for the config file to determine if it is compatible or we need an upgrade.

Could someone please tell me where this config file sits or the name of the config file?
