Hi,
Cannot get agent Real time Display to work. It opens and closes right away. All the other RTD works i.e. skillset etc.. Have anybody encountered this issue before. The Event Viewer - Application - gives event 1000 : nicgrdsp.exe
Updated all the patches but still the same.

Agent Statistic Real Time Display will not launch.
Agent RTD will not start.

NOTE: Agent RTD will start to launch, but closes. No errors in event log.



Problem Resolution
1. Run an Agent by Supervisor report and a Supervisor Properties report. Make sure all Supervisors show in both reports. Remove any Supervisor that is not listed in both. If all Supervisors match, then list the users from the Wizard and from the Advance Functions. Compare the two lists and you will see one user listed twice. Remove one. If you cannot remove the user, make sure the user does not have print jobs scheduled to run. RTD will work.

NOTE: use the WIZARD and not the Advance Functions.

2. If comparing the two lists and you see a supervisor in one list and not in the other, contact Nortel Technical Support for correction. And ask them to refer to solution ID NORT049327, "Agent Statistic Real Time Display will not launch".
