SECC 4.2 - Verint Express

Hi all,

i have a installation with SECC 4.2 and i must install a verint system for recorde extension. The verint system use the CTI Link. Is it necessary to have the CCT6.0 tool kit ? or what is the solution to connect the verint to the secc CTI

You should be able to get the information from verint. Their local representatives are not always knowledgeable, so be firm and demand they supply you with the requirements for the product they sold.
Typically, the data is passed from the switch to SECC via elan and SECC to verint via clan meridian link. There should be no SECC re-configuration required. You will need AST licenses from Nortel for the agent phoneset TNs that you are recording.
