Hi,

I want to rout calls within Symposium Express by called number and by clid!

Is there a possibilitie how I can connect thsi two values?

I need to do the following:

IF CDN=4300 and CLID=0049@ then route to Service_Eng
IF CDN=4300 and CLID=0033@ then route to Service_Fren
IF CDN=4400 and CLID=0049@ then route to Spare_Eng
IF CDN=4400 and CLID=0033@ then route to Spare_Fren

I would like to know if there is a possibilitie in SECC!! If not I think my customer has to upgrade to SCCS!!

Kind Regards

Yep, you can do this. I just setup a customer with this functionality. SECC uses wizards for everything so it's not as robust as the full version. When you launch the SECC client, select the Call routing option. You can then enter the CDN routing data and the CLID routing data.
