SECC 4.2 ROUTE PERFORMANCE REPORT

The Route performance report is an available report in SECC, but I can't acquire the routes so how can I get any data into that report?

According to the NTP, it is normal that I cannot acquire the routes in SECC.

Is there another way to utilize the route perf report on SECC or is it just something that shouldn't be there.

If you can't acquire a route then you can't report on it in SECC. The SECC is a cut down version of Symposium and therefore does not have some of the features. You would be best advised to set up the route in a call logger to get the report you need 'cos you're not gonna get from SECC.
