I found that in Symposium Express 4.2, 10 DNIS numbers are grouped under 1 Application. The application name is automatically generated by the system with the name of DNIS_ROX1, DNIS_ROX2, DNIS_ROX3 etc
Is it a system design?
Our customer are using the DNIS implementation and it's difficult for them to analyse the report because a group of number are sharing the same application.
I know that if we use cdn it will not be the case. Every CDN will have a script, thus a unique application. And it will be easy to analyse the report because every number has a unique application.
Has anyone experienced this before? is there any workaround?
