Hello,

I have an agent who is unable to login to his I2004 set.
However he is able to login into his queue from another agent's I2004.

I've power cycled the set, the node id and TN information is correct.

I am hoping this is something simple, as I recently started supporting our telephone systems and applications.

Any guidance is much appreciated.

Amad

his phone is either not acquire by the secc or his phone is not built as agent phone

if you look in the secc, is his tn acquire?
if you print out his phone is it built like the one that is working?

There does not appear to be anything obviously wrong with the phone and it is built as an agent phone.

Print out the TN and look for the following (at least something similar):
ACQ AS: TN
ASID 16
SFNB 2 5 6 9 10 11 12 13 15 16 17 18 19
SFRB 1 2 15
USFB 1 3 4 5 6 7 9 10 12 13 14 15
CALB 1 3 4 5 6 8 9 10 11 12
FCTB 1
If you see this then the phone is aquired, if you do not, it has not been aquired and as yyrkroon says the agent will not get to log in to Symposium on that phone.

Gents, the problem is solved.

The agent's set was NOT acquired in Symposium. I had seen it as unacquired before but I was mistakenly thinking that the login process would result in the set being acquired.

I guess that is not how it works!

Thank you for your feedback. I really appreciate it.

Amad.
