I have an issue when agent answer SCR key and put that key on hold, the Not Ready Key blinking and does not go away. Agent have to press the Queue key to log-in again.

Yes, I think that should be the case if the agent has a Call Presentation class of service that allows them to place a DN call on hold to answer an ACD call. In that case, they will need to press the In Calls (Queue) key to signal to the system that they can accept an ACD call, even though their phone already has another call active (DN call on hold).
