I currently do not have an SCB block built and do not require standard ACD agents to login with an ID in the current basic ACD environment. I need to install SECC4.2 for one skillset converting one of my queues. Will this queue be required to use an agent ID because of SECC or can I just leave as is? If I am required to use an agent ID, will I also have to add an SCB block with upper and lower limits thus requiring all of my agents in all queues to login with an agent ID?

thanks
rob

The agent using the SECC will require to have an agent ID. The ID is assigned within the SECC under the agent profile.

You can leave the SCB DB alone, no need to turn on AID mode.
