SECC 3, voice menu

What is the right way to make big menus (deeper that 9-4-2)? This is what I think, correct me if I am wrong:
1. I create CDN for each VoiceTreatment
2. I create CallTreatment for each VoiceTreatment
3. In RoutingWizard I connect the CDN with CallTreatment.
4. I 1st menu I create TransferTo Item for the CDN.

Is there any way to bind two VoiceTreatments without Using additional CDNs?
