I've got a new customer with a SECC Rls 3.21 but I dont have any passwords for the workbench(sysadmin, custadmin, NGenSys, NGenDist, NGenDesing), I tried to use the default but I didn't work, Is there an easy way to recover these passwords Without calling Nortel?

SECC 3.21 password problem

If you don't know the administrator pwd for the server then reinstall the software and start over...involving nortel and they'll tell you the same.
As for the client pwd. If there's at least 1 known password then the sysadmin and custadmin account can be recover otherwise, you'll have to reinstall the server and start over.
