I migrated a SECC 3.0 from a Compaq ML 370 to a Dell PowerEdge 2500. Databese restore didn't report any errors. After putting the server in-service the system started up correctly. Call routing is fine, i have all old historycal data, but the server doesn't log the new calls to the historycal databases. When i shut down the services nihdm.exe (probably the HDM service) generates a dr. Watson error. Do you have any useful ideas how could i start reporting?
