We have a SECC 3.0 and now our exec wants to add CTI functionality to it.
My question are:
Do you have to have the Voice Services Card for CTI?
When you set AST on the agent phone is the AST for 00 01 or just 00?
When the phone is acquire, shouldn't it be showing acquire as TN-Position ID, or TN-POSID-DN, or just TN.
Right now I have the AST set to 00 only and its showing the acquire as TN only...I'm thinking it should be TN-PID.
We do not have a VSC, the only doc I have are for 4.2 and it mentioned that a VSC is require for CTI
If anyone can shed some lights or provide some insights...would be much appreciated
