Sec Agent Dispatch - Caller Name not coming

Dear All,

Recently we activated Agent Dispatch for Sec DM,in that we unable get the caller name (Internal & External). it's shows unknown.

Any one pls help regarding this.

Have you set this in Seccfg for the router service under IVR Display Label?
Do you get DNIS on non-dispatch DM call?

i am not getting the name for non-dispatch calls also.

in router service ivr display label not available.
