03 IPLU Cards are installed in MX-One TSW SP-06, any one of the card start showing ‘Request Time Out’ & after 3-4 minutes it starts pinging again, due to which all call centre calls stops. All BVDs show out of service & as soon as IPLU starts pinging, all BVDs show back in service.

Solidus 4! I thought that had gone years ago, but appears it's working correctly.

You need to go to the latest service pack on TSW and latest firmware on the IPLU's

You should upgrade your Solidus too... it's 11 years out of date and not fully tested against TSW at SeC4 anyway, so you may have problems unless you do upgrade
