I have just had a new Option 11 installed in a remote office and am unable to connect via SEB. I got past the SEB using the default password (got the whole menu 1-7, chose host port 1, etc.) but i can't get anything after that. I tried <>dis<> and 0000 and nothing. My vendor says it could be my baud rate. But if my baud rate was incorrect would I have been able to connect to the SEB in the first place? please advise. Thank you.

Did you install this modem or did your vendor? You must configure your modem to work with your opt. 11. you can find modem setup info in your ntp 553-3001-210 (installation and maint.), If it is set up right you should go right in. make sure you are choosing to go transparent to host port and choose the correct port (if you have more than one).
