searching for quotation marks in Excel string 1

I have a user with quotation marks (") in some cell formulae. He's trying to perform a search for the cells with the quotes in them. He's already tried using the tilde (~) and using the Ascii code settings. Is there any other way to perform a Search in Excel that will allow him to find these?

Edit / Find with just " works for me as long as you don't have 'Match cell contents' selected.
