Searching for in-depth training

I bought the Keystone Training CD series which are excellent but only seem to scratch the surface of what I'd like to know. Do you know of any other CD's/tutorials that dig deep? I'm not interested in on-site training - it is so hit or miss depending on knowledge-base/teaching prowess... Thanks in advance.
