We have Microsoft CRM and have placed articles for our users to read. We have added key words to make the search easier on the articles. The problem we are having is the keyword search does not seem to work.
The only way we can see the posted articles is to do a subject search then pick a subject and open the article from the list. Is anyone else having or had problem with the article search function and what was your solution?
