Searching for a good dual-wan, dual-VPN router

I need a set of routers that will do the following:

- two WAN connections, ADSL and cable
- VPN from 6 sites to one central site
- two VPN tunnels will be active at all times cable-cable, ADSL-ADSL etc.
- on failure of any WAN connection, all traffic will be changed to the second VPN tunnel without disrupting traffic
- WAN failure will be determined by packet loss

Any suggestions?

Linksys RV082/RVO42.

We use the RV082 for multiple internet connections and VPN connections, they've been outstanding.

Carlsberg don't run I.T departments, but if they did they'd probably be more fun.
