Searching all columns in all tables

I have Pervasive SQL Control Panel 7.90, I'm not sure about the actual database version unless it's the same thing. This database has about 40,000 tables. I need to run a query that searches all columns in all tables for these two values separately:

15000000

D0003Z00009\1

Any help is greatly appreciated.
