its all down to the php side of things. you can only use flash to display the results or send data to the database.

I'm just now getting into databasing. Flash calls a script on the server. The script asks the database for info flash requested. The script returns the info to flash with a print statement. I've just learn how to load variables read from txt files. Txt files are the lowest form of a database.
What you should study is perl. I would download indigoperl to get started and mysql. It's free. Thanks
