I have a major problem.
My users are creating distribution list on public folders.
As following :
Newsletter recipient A-O
Newsletter recipient O-T
Ans so on...
If one recipient wants off the newsletter list. Our users must enter all the distribution lists to find out where the recipient are stored. It is not possible to search the public folder for the contact. WHY? It seems like the recipient must be listed in the user adressbook, which is not a good deal when sharing distribution lists with simple contact cards. Any solution?? Might Windows Search be the right tool?
