Search in Word

Greetings,
On MS Word V.6 there is a search feature called "Find File" that is in the "FILE" drop down menu.
Upon instituting a search for.doc files, a box opens with a sidebar to the left displaying the search results (.doc names) and an area to the right where the actual files can be viewed.
I am using 2003 on one of my units and am wondering if this feature exists on the newer version?

Well nothing looks the same as it did in V6 but you have a 'file search' option on the File menu.
Also, in the File>Open dialog you have a search option on the 'Tools' button.
