Good morning all and Happy Friday,

1. Is there a way to check/list all available Station Numbers in AMO and OpenScape?

2. How do I list all "Phantom" numbers that have been created?
I am trying to keep track of station numbers that have been created but not attached to a device.
For example: a station number was created in the system only to be FORWARDED to an offsite location.

Thanks all,

Eric

1 - dis-wabe:gen,,,,stn; will show the configured station numbers.

If the number is not there, it's not a station number.
If it is there
Code:
  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  | | CALL PROGRESS STATE |NODE/DIGIT| RESERVED/CONVERT |
  | CODE | 1 11111 11112 22| ANALYSIS | DNI/ADD-INFO |
  | |0 12345 67890 12345 67890 12| RESULT | *=OWN NODE |
  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  | 4375 |. .**** ***** **... ..... .*| STN | |
  | | | |[b]DESTNO 0[/b] |
  | | | |DNNO 1- 1-150*|
  | 4476 - 4477 |. .**** ***** **... ..... .*| STN |[b] R[/b] |
  | | | |DESTNO 0 |
  | | | |DNNO 1- 1-150*|
  | 5555 |. .**** ***** **... ..... .*| STN |[b] D[/b] |
  | | | |DESTNO 0 |
  | | | |DNNO 1- 1-150*|
  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4375 A STN with a DESTNO of 0 is configured on the local node.
4476-4477 A STN that shows R is reserved for use as a station, but is not configured.
5555 A STN that shows D is a DNIT number, an ACD entry point.

Not shown, a station with a DESTNO of NOT 0, is configured on a remote node, 4K will try to send it to a trunk.

2 - Phantom numbers. You could do that like above, with a remote destno, or add a FLOAT extension and create a forward. Or, add a signed off extn and create a forward.
If you reg-scsu; and reg-sbcsu; it will list all configured stations, real or virtual (float). Search the output for FLOAT or SIGNOFF to find stations which are configured but do not have a PEN. But you could also do it by forwarding a digital phone and just unplugging it, in that case it would have a PEN and be out of service. Calling it would follow the forward.

You might find it useful to install the Hipath Export Client from Assistant, it will export the DB into CSV files which are easily searched in Excel.
