Besides doing it yourself? (the only ones you should concern yourself with are Google - free and takes you all of 3 min to do. Yahoo (non-commercial is free / commcerial is $250 and that's only a deposit. No guarantee it will be accepted and you wont get it back) Everything else is spidered by different engines, so no worked on your part is involved. Use good meta tags, keywords etc ,and your site will get spidered by itself into most popular search engines. Those places that "you pay" to get submitted are nothing but scams.
