IS-IT--Management
I have recently coverted my news site over to ASP, cal, ling an Access 2000 database. This after arduously physically creating and modifying physical files which site on my Web server for about a year. I manage a news-oriented site, so you can imagine the time and convinoence benefits I'm enjoying by having our pages generated on-the-fly.
However along those lines, will my pages be any less recognized by major search engines (i.e., Excite, Google) and Web directories (i.e., Yahoo!, Snap), being that the pages are based on database calls, and not individiual files which actually exist and can be indexed by the search engines?
Thanks!
