Whenever I go Start|Search, then 'explorer' crashes. Either it crashes, and let me see the desktop reboot, or I have to end the explorer process...

How do I get it back to normal??

Thanks!

After running scans for adware and virus and eliminating what it finds the next step would to backup things that you need backed up. My documents, Favorites, ect. Then restore to a point before the problem started.

Sigh! I got no idea when it started, probably 14 days ago, and I haven't got restore point that old :(

First, let me verify locopollo=adelante, so I know I'm talking to the same person.

Have you scanned for malwares? If so, what tools did you use? What new softwares have been installed or changes have been made?

Matt J.

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
