Search capability with WebSphere and Windows Server

Using WebSphere 4.0 and the iSeries we were able to provide a search capability to allow our users to search our Web pages. Now when trying to use WebSphere 4.0 on a Windows server we find that the same search function does not work. This makes sense, given that the Net.Data macro and its associated programs do not exist on a Windows server. My question is then... how can I provide the same search feature for users with this configuration?
