Search Bar in IE6

Hi there.
How can I change the URL used by the Search Bar in IE6 please? Can this be done via Group Policy?

This can be done through GPO. We use it to set our home page. The setting is located in User Configuration/Windows Settings/Internet Explorer Maintenance/URLs/Important URLS.
