Search All Online Exchange Mailboxes?

I was approached by our company legal department about searching the mailboxes on the mail server for any references to a certain name. Is there a way to do that in system manager? Or some other obvious way?

After not getting an answer here and lots of google-ing, I have deduced that it is impossible without a 3rd party tool.

This one looks pretty promising. I am getting a demo. If anybody is interested in how well it works then post here and I'll let you know.

You can filter results using Exmerge. Kind of a pain to look through all of the .pst files, but it's possible.
