I need to search a single mailbox for about 100 different phrases and/or names. I would prefer not to create a full-text index; I don't think that indexes the body of the message anyway and that is one of the requirement. If there is a good way to do this to a .PST that would be my preference. Any suggestions?

Export the PST as text/csv and then use grep?

grep is available for windows in various places - UnxUtils is a good one... put the list of names into a file (1 per line) then run grep -f <filename.txt> mailbox.csv
