Seamless Failover of IP Calls

Can calls in the PBX be routed through a failover circuit if the promary circuit fails without the call in progress being affected.

Nope, that would be very impressive, but I would be very surprised if any PBX offers that.

The IP Office only offers fallback through the use of LCR during call routing, not once the call is connected.
 
Interactive Intelligence does. It is an VoIP only system. It uses SIP and a VOIP gateway such as a quintum tenor. It can even sense if the quality is getting low and switch the call over pstn mid call.

Makes avaya look very old fashioned !
