Hi

I have a Seagate STT220000N which does not want to backup. I have tried various different solutions but all have failed. I have tried changing the drive, Reinstalling software, changing the SCSI card, Changing the cable, changing the SCSI ID, trying new tapes and none of them have worked. I am using Tapeware 6.2 SP5B and it comes up with "Hard Error". Please can somebody help as this really annoying and I have not had a full backup for ages.
