Seagate SST20000N Tape Drive - Win XP

I have some old 120 MB 2120 mini data cartridge tapes from several years ago. We came across one of the old Seagate tape drives that were used with the tapes back in the day. Now I'm attemting to set up the drive on an XP box, which accepted the drive with no problem, but I don't know where to begin as far as a backup software that I can install that will allow access to the drive.

Any assistance will be appreciated!
