I am running Seagate Software Backup Exec Version 6.11 and am having problems with it. For the last several days my backup has been failing after backing up exactly 1,448,977 bytes and apccpq.dll is the last file that is backed up every time.

Here is the message that follows: Storage device "ARCHIVE 1" reported an error on a request to write data to media.

This message is followed by one that sayes "Hardware Failure"

It seems odd to me that 4 different tapes on 4 different days would stop at exactly the same amount of bytes, after writing that same file as the last file on the backup???

Any suggestions??
