Seagate Scorpion 240 autoloader keeps indicating needs cleaning - Using BE 8.5 but error is displayed on unit, doesn't seem to be a software error.

No forum for Seagate products, I was wondering if anyone had seen this problem before.

Had a Tandberg DLT 8000 that had the cleaning led keep coming on. Was still in its warranty period, so had it replaced, end of problem.

Don't know Scorpion autoloaders, but is it possibly a hardware fault?
