Seagate Info Vs 7.0 Excel print Error

Hi Team

I have the following error generated in a Seagate Info Vs 7 excel report...Can anyone give me an indication of what is causing the problem asap..

".....When report is exported to excel, when asked to print - Printer tells me bad communication, & I have to override. Printer then prints out:

PCL XL error
Subsystem: KERNEL
Error: MissingAttribute
Operator: BeginPage
Position: 3

........"
