Seagate info license recovery

I'm moving to a new server and I want to re-install Seagate Info 7 on a Windows 2003 server....but .... I can't find the licenese key requested for the install.

Is there any way I can recover it from the installation on the retired server. The original install was done by an Accpac partner. They don't have any records from 2001 and aren't very helpful. I don't believe we ever had a hard copy of the license. All I have is an installation disc and a manual.

Info 7 on Windows 2003? I'll be surprised if that works!

Get yourself VMWare server (free), and use VMWare Converter to create a virtual machine of your Info 7 installation.

Thanks Andrew,

This forum was a bit slow and I found the license key through Accpac Solutions. It was in one of the read me files on the original discs.(info 7 is bundled with the accounting package)

It works fine on W2003 server. And I've learned something new from you.
